Your merchandise will be carefully inspected by us before it is shipped to you. If you find any flaw or damage you think
was missed during our inspection, you have 5 business days from the time EMS or DHL or TNT delivers to the designated shipping
address to notify us that you would like us to re-inspect your merchandise. You must email a digital picture of the damage
in question to
21bridal@gmail.com. If we should be charged with the mistake, we will make you satisfy as you
demand. Maybe all money will be refunded after deduction of the mailing and handling fees. Mailing fees will be charged
again for any change and return of products. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the gown. Failure to do so
shall not be valid for any refund. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Return of gowns will only be
considered for notice within 15 days after receipt of products. For additional time, we will refuse to receive the dress.
Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the gown being made to the wrong size if inaccurate
measurements were given when placing the order.
